Is a refund available if I change my mind?

Refund eligibility depends on how far you've moved through the course at the moment you ask. If you haven't started or you're partway through and decide the course isn't right for you, contact support and we'll typically issue a refund within a few business days of the request, back to the original payment method. There's no fee for the refund itself; the credit posts on your card statement on the issuer's normal cycle, usually two to seven business days. For PayPal and digital wallet refunds, the timing is similar but tends to be slightly faster.

Once you've passed the final exam, the course is considered delivered and no refund is available at all — the work is done and the completion has been reported to the state, which can't be retroactively undone. The same rule applies after we've sent your certificate to a court or DMV. For edge cases — medical emergencies that prevented completion, court rejection of an otherwise-valid course, duplicate enrollments — our team works with you individually and exceptions get made when the situation warrants.

The general principle: refunds are about products that haven't been delivered, not products you used and want back. The "course rejected by court" scenario is treated as a delivery failure on our side rather than a buyer's-remorse refund, so those cases get full refunds even after completion. Drivers who realize they enrolled in the wrong course can also get refund (before they start the course) + could be re-enroll treatment in the correct course; the second enrollment is sometimes discounted to offset the first if the mistake wasn't the driver's fault. Drivers worried about commitment can also use the partial-completion refund window to start a course and verify the platform works for them before fully committing.
