Any attempt to cheat, falsify information, or bypass course requirements may result in course invalidation without refund.

5. Registration & Account Security

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials

  • You are responsible for all activity under your account

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

ETS Traffic School is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

6. Payments & Fees

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars

  • Payment is required before course access is granted

  • Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers

ETS Traffic School does not store full credit or debit card information.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

  • No refunds after course completion or submission to court/DMV

  • No refunds if the course is rejected due to incorrect user information

  • Refunds may be considered before course completion, at our discretion

8. Course Completion & Reporting

  • Course completion certificates may be sent electronically or reported directly to court/DMV, where applicable

  • Reporting timelines may vary depending on jurisdiction

  • You are responsible for confirming that your completion was received
