6. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars
Payment is required before course access is granted
Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers

ETS Traffic School does not store full credit or debit card information.

7. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is subject to the following conditions:

No refunds after course completion or submission to court/DMV
No refunds if the course is rejected due to incorrect user information
Refunds may be considered before course completion, at our discretion

8. Course Completion & Reporting

Course completion certificates may be sent electronically or reported directly to court/DMV, where applicable
Reporting timelines may vary depending on jurisdiction
You are responsible for confirming that your completion was received
