Casper court has not received my certificate
My Casper court told me they have not received my certificate. I finished the course three business days ago.
Hello Devon, Sorry to hear about the delay. Certificates normally transmit the same business day. After three business days, please check the following with us: - We submitted your certificate to the Natrona County court on 4/28/2026; reply with your order number so we can confirm the exact submission record - Common reasons a court may not yet show the certificate include: Unpaid Fines, Eligibility (permission not granted at registration), Incorrect Information (wrong case number or DL number), or a court inbox delay - If anything looks off, we will void the original transmission and resend directly to the court clerk We can also email a copy of the certificate to you so you can hand-deliver it as backup.
