After three business days, please check the following with us: - We submitted your certificate to the Natrona County court on 4/28/2026; reply with your order number so we can confirm the exact submission record - Common reasons a court may not yet show the certificate include: Unpaid Fines, Eligibility (permission not granted at registration), Incorrect Information (wrong case number or DL number), or a court inbox delay - If anything looks off, we will void the original transmission and resend directly to the court clerk We can also email a copy of the certificate to you so you can hand-deliver it as backup.
