Refund — I am 60 percent done
I have completed about 60 percent of the Bismarck course but I want to stop. Can I get a partial refund?
Hello Crystal, Once a course is more than partially started, we generally do not issue a refund because the state-approved content has already been delivered. That said, we want to make sure you have everything you need to use it later. Options: - Your account stays open indefinitely — you can return any time within 12 months to finish at your own pace - If you had a specific reason for stopping (medical, family, technical), reply with details and we will review on a case-by-case basis - If you do not want to finish, your completed work remains saved should you change your mind North Dakota Defensive Driving Course Please let us know if you have any further questions!
