Sessions normally last 60 minutes of inactivity before timing out for security; if you are timing out at 15 minutes, the cause is usually one of these: - Your browser is in private or incognito mode, which clears cookies frequently - A VPN or privacy extension is dropping the session cookie - Multiple tabs are signed in, which can conflict Try in a normal browser window with extensions disabled and only one tab open. To request: - Email or upload your certificate to your insurer's customer service - Ask whether they offer a defensive driving or safe driver discount - Confirm the effective date and expiration in writing If your current carrier does not, shopping a couple of others often finds a better rate.
