Course froze on the Worcester chapter
I am working through the course on my desktop and it froze on the Worcester traffic regulations chapter. Refreshing did not help. What do I do?
Hello Lisa, Sorry for the trouble. Freezing on a specific chapter is almost always a browser cache or video playback issue. Try in this order: - Close the browser entirely (not just the tab) and sign back in - Clear cache and cookies for etstrafficschool.com, then reload - Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and continue from there - If you are on Wi-Fi, try a wired connection or a stronger signal Your progress is saved automatically. If the chapter still will not load, reply with your account email and we will reset that specific chapter on our side.
