I have tried logging in to the Bangor course three times with the wrong password and now I am locked out. How do I get back in?

Hello Erin, Sorry for the inconvenience. After several failed attempts, the system locks the account for 30 minutes to protect your data. Two options: - Wait 30 minutes and try the password again — if you forget it, click 'Forgot password' to reset - Reply here with your account email and we will unlock it manually right away Either way you will not lose any course progress.
