When they do not arrive, the cause is almost always one of these: - The email is in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder — search 'ETS Traffic School' - The address on the account has a typo - Your provider is blocking automated mail — add support@etstrafficschool.com to your contacts You can also sign in to your account and download the certificate directly from the dashboard.
