Who needs the School Bus and Passenger ELDT course?

FMCSA's ELDT rule covers endorsements as well as license classes. Drivers seeking the Passenger endorsement (for any vehicle carrying 16+ passengers including the driver) or the School Bus endorsement (for any vehicle transporting students to or from school or school activities) must complete the corresponding theory training before sitting the endorsement skills test.
