Who do you share my information with?

Your completion is reported to the specific court, DMV, or regulator that requires it — that's the only outbound sharing of your driver-license information, and it's required by the agency's reporting rules. Your payment data flows through a PCI-compliant payment processor (Stripe, PayPal, etc.) which we don't store ourselves. We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers, marketing networks, data brokers, or third parties unrelated to your enrollment. If we ever needed to (we don't and won't), we'd tell you and get consent first.

The "no data brokers" commitment is not just a privacy statement; it's a structural choice about how the business is monetized. Some education platforms — particularly free or low-cost ones — fund themselves by reselling lead data, completion data, or contact information to third parties. We charge for the course and that's the only revenue source related to your enrollment. The financial alignment means we have no incentive to share your data with parties unrelated to delivering the course, which removes the most common pathway by which education-platform data ends up in unexpected places.

For drivers who care specifically about how a state-approved provider handles data, our practice is to share only what the regulator requires for the specific completion being reported, and only with the regulator itself. The regulator's downstream uses — whether the state shares completion data with insurers, employers, or other parties — are outside our control and governed by the state's own privacy law. Most states have firewalls between completion records and broader data sharing, but the specifics vary; drivers wanting to understand the full data flow can read each state's DMV privacy notice in addition to ours for the complete picture.
