What payment methods do you accept?

At checkout you can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover credit and debit cards, plus PayPal. Several digital wallets — Apple Pay, Google Pay, and on supported devices Samsung Pay — are also available where browser support is in place. The payment processor handling the transaction is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, which is the credit-card industry's strictest data-handling standard, so the experience is the same as buying anything else online from a major retailer. International cards are supported for U.S. citizens enrolling from abroad, with the caveat that the billing address must match what the card issuer has on file.

For drivers without a credit card or PayPal, our support team can help arrange alternative payment paths in some cases — particularly for fleet enrollments, court-coordinated deferred payment, and group purchases. ACH bank transfers are available for business accounts on net-30 terms. Prepaid debit cards work in checkout as long as the card has been registered with a billing address. The one combination that doesn't work consistently is cash or check — the platform is fully digital, and any cash-based path requires a manual workaround that adds delay.

For drivers paying through someone else (a relative paying for a teen's drivers ed, a friend covering a court-related course in a financial pinch), the billing details of the card don't have to match the driver's own information — only the cardholder's name and address. The course enrollment is tied to the driver, not the payer, so a parent-funded enrollment looks identical to a driver-funded one once the payment is processed. Receipts are sent to the email on the account, which can also differ from the cardholder's email if the driver and payer are different people.
