Can I get a paper certificate mailed to me?

Most courts and DMVs now accept electronic reporting, so a mailed paper certificate isn't required for most enrollments. But if your specific court is one that still wants a physical original filed in person or by mail, or you simply want a paper copy for personal records, we mail original certificates to the address on your account. Standard delivery within the U.S. is 5–7 business days. We don't charge for the standard mailed certificate when your state requires paper filing.

Rush delivery options — overnight, two-day, or expedited international — are available at checkout or after enrollment if a deadline tightens unexpectedly. If your court rejects an electronic record and demands physical paperwork, our support team can have a fresh original in the mail the same business day, with tracking provided so you can confirm delivery before the deadline. Drivers handling out-of-state cases or courts in remote areas where mail is slower should plan an extra few days of buffer, or upgrade to overnight delivery from the start to avoid the close-call scenario.

International delivery is available for U.S. citizens and others handling U.S.-state citations from abroad — military personnel stationed overseas, expats, students at foreign universities, and anyone else who got a U.S. ticket and needs the resulting certificate delivered outside the country. The international rates and timeframes vary by destination, with European deliveries typically faster than Asian or Latin American ones. Drivers in this configuration should plan extra buffer time and consider sending an electronic copy to the court alongside the physical mail, in case the international package is delayed by customs. Both copies arriving is fine; only one needing to land on time relieves a lot of pressure.
