Knoxville City Court traffic school election for ticket dismissal
Read Full Answer
I received a speeding ticket in Knoxville. Can I elect traffic school online so it does not add points to my Tennessee license?
Answer
Hello Patrick, Yes, Knoxville City Court permits eligible drivers to attend an approved driver improvement clinic for ticket dismissal: - You must contact the Knoxville City Court clerk or appear on your scheduled date to request traffic school election - Eligible drivers must not have attended traffic school for a Knoxville ticket within the past 12 months - Upon passing, submit your completion certificate to the court clerk so the citation is dismissed without points on your Tennessee record.
