Hello Joyce, Yes, Chattanooga City Court and Hamilton County courts allow eligible drivers to take traffic school for ticket dismissal: - Contact the Chattanooga City Court clerk before your court date to elect driver improvement school - Eligible drivers must hold a non-commercial driver's license and not have attended traffic school in Tennessee within the past 12 months - Submit your completion certificate to the court clerk so the citation is dismissed without points recorded on your driving record.
