Answer
Hello Russell, Yes! Under Ohio Revised Code § 4510.037, completing an approved remedial driving course grants a 2-point credit: - Ohio BMV applies a 2-point credit to your driving record, which offsets points and helps prevent a 12-point license suspension - The 2-point credit can be earned once every 3 years (up to 5 times in a lifetime) under Ohio administrative rules - We report your passing grade directly to the Ohio BMV database and issue a certificate of completion.
