Reno court gave me 60 days
My Reno court gave me 60 days from 4/2/2026 to complete the traffic safety course. Is that enough time?
Hello Travis, Yes — 60 days is well beyond what most students need. Nevada traffic safety courses are typically 5 hours, and you can complete it in one sitting or break it up. To stay on schedule: - Enroll as soon as possible — there is no penalty for finishing early - Aim to complete it within the first 3-4 weeks to leave room for any retake - The certificate is transmitted to the Washoe County Justice Court the same business day you pass If anything slows you down, call the clerk before the deadline and request a short extension — they are usually flexible.
