Gulfport court will not accept my certificate
I completed the course for a Gulfport ticket but when I brought the certificate to court they would not accept it. Why?
Hello Tonya, Sorry to hear — that usually points to one of these issues: - The court required an in-person class rather than online; our certificate covers the online version only - The certificate is for a different court of record than the one you brought it to - The name or citation number on the certificate does not exactly match the citation - The court was not on the approved provider list at the time of completion Reply with your order number and a photo of the citation, and we will check the submission on our side and contact the Harrison County court directly if a correction is possible.
