Certificate email never arrived
I finished the course in Baton Rouge yesterday but the certificate email never came through. Where is it?
Hello Tasha, Sorry about the delay. Certificate emails go out within minutes of passing the final exam. When they do not arrive, the cause is almost always one of these: - The email is in your Spam, Promotions, or Junk folder — search 'ETS Traffic School' - The address on the account has a typo - Your provider is blocking automated mail — add support@etstrafficschool.com to your contacts You can also sign in to your account and download the certificate directly from the dashboard.
