Can a CDL holder take this course?
I have a Kentucky CDL and just got a ticket in my personal car in Louisville. Am I allowed to take this defensive driving course?

In Kentucky, CDL holders generally cannot use a traffic school or state traffic safety course to mask or dismiss a moving violation, even one received in a personal vehicle.
