Hello Heather, Absolutely — duplicates are free. Sign in to your account at etstrafficschool.com and download the certificate from your dashboard, or reply here and we will email it to you. To re-issue it manually we just need: - The name on the account - Your order number or the email you used at signup We can also resend the certificate directly to your court or insurance company if you let us know which one needs it.
