My card keeps getting declined at checkout
I am trying to sign up for the Alabama driver improvement course but my card keeps getting declined even though I know there are funds on it. What is going on?
Hello Sarah, Thanks for letting us know. Declines at checkout almost always come from one of three places: - Your bank flagged the charge as out-of-pattern — call the number on the back of the card and approve the merchant 'ETS Traffic School' - The billing address you entered does not match what your bank has on file — re-enter it exactly as it appears on your statement - The card number, CVV, or expiration was mistyped — re-enter all four fields carefully You can also try a different debit or credit card, or pay with PayPal.
