Hello Reggie, Yes — Tennessee's state-approved Driver Improvement Program is set at 4 hours by Department of Safety standards. Our online course meets that requirement. A couple of notes: - The 4 hours is timed actively — you cannot fast-forward - The course is split across short chapters with quizzes; the final exam is at the end - The certificate transmits to the Davidson County General Sessions Court the same business day you pass If you need to confirm court approval, call the clerk before enrolling.
