I deleted the certificate email by mistake after my Memphis course. Can I get another one?

I got a ticket in Nashville. Is the Tennessee driver improvement course 4 hours?
Hello Reggie, Yes — Tennessee's state-approved Driver Improvement Program is set at 4 hours by Department of Safety standards. Our online course meets that requirement.
