Respuesta
Hello Monica, Yes, our Indiana Driver Safety Program (DSP) is recognized for court deferral and diversion programs across St. Joseph County: - Complete the online modules within the timeframe specified in your South Bend traffic diversion agreement - Successful completion prevents moving violation points and keeps the citation off your Indiana BMV public record - We report course completion directly to the Indiana BMV database and provide a certificate to submit to the county prosecutor.
