I signed up for the Grand Rapids course yesterday and have not started a single chapter. Can I get a full refund?

Hello Brittany, Yes — since you have not started any chapters, you qualify for a full refund. Here is the process: - Reply with your name on the account and your order number from the receipt - We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 1-2 business days - Funds usually post to your statement within 3-5 business days Your account stays open, so if you ever need the course later you can re-enroll without setting up a new login.
