Hello Ahmed, Important question. Generally, one course completion can be applied to only one citation, since the certificate is issued for a specific case number. What to do: - Call the Montgomery County District Court that handled each ticket — sometimes the clerk will allow a single completion to cover both at the judge's discretion - If they require separate completions, we can issue a second certificate at a discounted rate (reply for the discount code) - The course content is the same, so the second attempt is mostly review Please confirm with the court before you take any second course. Hello Christine, Sorry — Maryland requires quizzes to be taken in a single uninterrupted session to prevent outside lookup, so switching tabs or apps triggers an auto-fail. Here is how to get back on track: - Reply with your account email and order number and we will reset the quiz at no charge - For the retake, keep all other tabs and apps closed and stay on the quiz tab until it submits - You have unlimited time during the quiz, so go at whatever pace works best Once you pass, the rest of the course flows normally.
