Locked out of my account
I have tried logging in to the Bangor course three times with the wrong password and now I am locked out. How do I get back in?
Hello Erin, Sorry for the inconvenience. After several failed attempts, the system locks the account for 30 minutes to protect your data. Two options: - Wait 30 minutes and try the password again — if you forget it, click 'Forgot password' to reset - Reply here with your account email and we will unlock it manually right away Either way you will not lose any course progress. Will my Portland insurance company verify the course?
My insurance agent in Portland wants verification of the course before applying the discount. Can you send something to them?
Hello Peter, Yes — we can send a verification letter directly to your insurance carrier with the course name, completion date, your name, and your driver's license number. Reply with: - The insurance company name - The agent's email address or fax - Your policy number, if you have it handy We typically send the verification within one business day.
