What does happen: - The court may use your completion to reduce or dismiss the ticket, which then updates the BMV record accordingly - Insurance carriers do not see the course completion on the BMV record itself — you provide your certificate to them directly - We can re-send the certificate to you any time you need it To see your current BMV record, request a copy through mybmv.in.gov.
