My card keeps getting declined at checkout
I am trying to sign up for the Alabama driver improvement course but my card keeps getting declined even though I know there are funds on it. What is going on?
Hello Sarah, Thanks for letting us know. Declines at checkout almost always come from one of three places: - Your bank flagged the charge as out-of-pattern — call the number on the back of the card and approve the merchant 'ETS Traffic School' - The billing address you entered does not match what your bank has on file — re-enter it exactly as it appears on your statement - The card number, CVV, or expiration was mistyped — re-enter all four fields carefully You can also try a different debit or credit card, or pay with PayPal. Court still shows my ticket as unresolved
I finished the Alabama defensive driving course and got my certificate, but when I called the Birmingham court they still show my ticket as unresolved. What should I do?
Hello James, Thank you for reaching out. We submitted your certificate to the Birmingham Municipal Court on 3/4/2026. Please call the court directly to confirm what they show on your file. Common reasons a certificate may not yet be processed include: - Unpaid Fines: Outstanding bail, administrative, or court fees still owed - Eligibility: Court permission to attend was not granted at registration - Incorrect Information: Wrong citation number or driver's license number entered - Late Completion: Course finished after the court's due date If anything looks off, reply with your case number and we will re-verify the submission on our end.
