Course froze on the Worcester chapter
I am working through the course on my desktop and it froze on the Worcester traffic regulations chapter. Refreshing did not help. What do I do?
Hello Lisa, Sorry for the trouble. Freezing on a specific chapter is almost always a browser cache or video playback issue. Try in this order: - Close the browser entirely (not just the tab) and sign back in - Clear cache and cookies for etstrafficschool.com, then reload - Switch to a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, or Edge) and continue from there - If you are on Wi-Fi, try a wired connection or a stronger signal Your progress is saved automatically. If the chapter still will not load, reply with your account email and we will reset that specific chapter on our side. Boston court only gave me 30 days
The Boston court told me I have 30 days to complete the defensive driving course. Can I finish it that fast?
