I took the course in Santa Fe but might move to Texas later this year. Will my certificate still count?

Hello Theresa, Great question. Defensive driving certificates are state-specific — your New Mexico completion would close out the case in New Mexico, but if you move to Texas, any future Texas ticket would need a Texas-approved course.
