Need a receipt for my taxes
I took the Lincoln course last month and need a receipt for my taxes. Can you send one?
Hello Olivia, Of course. We can email a formatted receipt with the course name, the date paid, the amount, and our tax ID. Reply with: - Your account email - The order number from your original receipt - The name and address you want printed on the receipt (personal name or company) We will send the receipt as a PDF within one business day. I selected the wrong court at registration
I registered for the course and selected the wrong court — chose Lincoln instead of Omaha. Can it be fixed?
Hello Eric, Yes — court selection can be corrected at any point before the certificate transmits. Reply with: - Your account email and order number - The correct court (Douglas County Court in Omaha) and case/citation number We will update the record on our side immediately. If the wrong court already received a submission, we will void it and resend to the correct court at no charge. Your course progress is not affected.
