Can I get a duplicate of my certificate?
I lost the certificate from my Overland Park course. Can you send another one?
Hello Heather, Absolutely — duplicates are free. Sign in to your account at etstrafficschool.com and download the certificate from your dashboard, or reply here and we will email it to you. To re-issue it manually we just need: - The name on the account - Your order number or the email you used at signup We can also resend the certificate directly to your court or insurance company if you let us know which one needs it. Did I miss my court deadline?
My Wichita court gave me 90 days to finish the course and the 90 days ended yesterday. Did I miss it?
Hello Andrew, Sorry — let us try to help. Even if the original deadline has passed, the court usually has discretion to accept a late completion or grant an extension. Two things to do today: - Call the Sedgwick County District Court clerk first thing in the morning, explain the situation, and ask for either an extension or instructions on late filing - If you have not completed the course yet, finish it as soon as possible — the certificate goes out the same business day you pass Most clerks are willing to work with drivers who reach out proactively.
