Hello Tyler, Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) allows drivers to remove up to 3 violation points by completing an approved defensive driving course: - You are eligible for the 3-point reduction once every 3 years in Idaho - The course must be completed before your license reaches suspension thresholds (12 points in 12 months, 18 points in 24 months) - We transmit your completion record directly to ITD, and you can also download a copy to present to the Canyon County Magistrate Court if needed.
