Hello Megan, In Idaho, eligibility for course-based ticket resolution is set by the court that issued the citation rather than the state. Before enrolling: - Call the Bonneville County District Court and ask whether they accept a completed defensive driving course to dismiss or reduce the ticket - Ask whether they require an in-person class or whether the online option is accepted - Note any deadline they set for completion If the court accepts the online option, you can enroll right away and finish at your own pace.
