Can I get a refund — I have not started yet
I signed up for the course three days ago in Colorado Springs but have not opened a single chapter. Can I get my money back?
Hello Karen, Yes — since you have not started any course content, you are eligible for a full refund. Here is how to process it: - Reply to this email with the name on the account and the order number from your receipt - We will issue the refund to the original payment method within 1-2 business days - The funds usually appear on your statement within 3-5 business days If you decide to come back later for a different ticket, your account stays open at no charge and we can re-enroll you for that new case whenever you are ready.
