Traffic School Q&A for Cincinnati

Hello Natalie, Yes! Under Ohio Revised Code § 4510.037, completing an approved remedial driving course awards a 2-point credit on your Ohio BMV record: - You can use the 2-point credit up to 5 times in your lifetime, but only once every 3 years - The credit acts as a cushion: if you accumulate points, the 2-point credit offsets them before reaching the 12-point suspension threshold - We report your passing grade directly to the Ohio BMV and issue a certificate of completion.
