I switched browser tabs to check my email during a quiz in Baltimore and it auto-failed me. Can it be reset?

Here is how to get back on track: - Reply with your account email and order number and we will reset the quiz at no charge - For the retake, keep all other tabs and apps closed and stay on the quiz tab until it submits - You have unlimited time during the quiz, so go at whatever pace works best Once you pass, the rest of the course flows normally.
