Flagstaff Municipal Court ticket dismissal eligibility
I got a civil traffic ticket while driving through Flagstaff. Am I eligible to take the Arizona defensive driving course online to dismiss it?
Hello Rachel, Under Arizona Supreme Court regulations, you can take a defensive driving course to dismiss an eligible civil traffic citation if you meet these rules: - You have not completed a defensive driving course for an Arizona ticket dismissal within the past 12 months (calculated from violation date to violation date) - The violation did not involve serious injury or death, and you do not hold a commercial driver's license (CDL) - Course completion must be finished at least 7 days before your Flagstaff court appearance date so our system can report directly to the court.
