Certificate delivery from Morgantown delayed
I finished the course for a Morgantown ticket and the certificate has not been sent to the court yet. It has been two days. Why the delay?
Hello Tessa, Sorry for the wait. Certificates normally transmit the same business day or next business day. A 2-business-day delay is unusual and usually means one of these: - Final exam was technically completed but a chapter was left unfinished — reply with your order number and we will verify completion status - An error on the court of record entered at signup — we may need to confirm the correct Monongalia County court - A pending review on our compliance side for unusual completion patterns Reply with your account email and case number and we will resolve and push the certificate today.
