Will completing defensive driving remove 4 demerit points from my South Carolina driving record after a Rock Hill ticket?
Ответить
Hello Evelyn, Yes, under South Carolina law, completing an approved 8-hour defensive driving course removes 4 points from your record: - South Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles (SCDMV) allows a 4-point reduction once every 3 years - The course must be completed prior to your license reaching the 12-point suspension threshold - We transmit your completion record directly to the SCDMV database in Columbia and provide a certificate for your records.
