Minnesota Statute § 65B.28 mandates a 10 percent insurance discount for mature drivers: - Drivers aged 55 and older who complete our state-approved driver safety course qualify for a mandatory 10 percent rate reduction - The discount is valid for 3 full years, after which a 4-hour refresher course can be taken to renew the savings - Simply forward your certificate of completion to your insurance agent in Duluth to apply the discount to your policy.
