How does the 10 percent Delaware insurance discount work?
I keep hearing that Delaware insurance companies have to give a 10 percent discount after this course. Is that really automatic?

C. §2733) requires auto insurers to provide a 10 percent discount on liability, personal injury protection, and collision premiums for three years after a driver successfully completes an approved defensive driving course.
